F. RETURN POLICY

If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with our products, you may request a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of the date you received your product. Submitting a request is simple, just email us at theleafcollaborative@gmail.com. All that we ask is that you let us know what went wrong, so we can work to assess whatever problem you encountered. Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

We pack all orders with care and double-check them before they leave our warehouse. However, if your product incurred any damage en route to you we are happy to exchange it or offer you a full refund within 72 hours of arrival. G. FULFILLMENT, BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right, for any reason, to reject any order you place with us or limit or cancel quantities purchased by you. including quantities for orders placed by or under a common customer account, credit card, e billing or shipping address.
