REFUND POLICY

Returns

If for whatever reason you are not happy with our products, you may request a full refund of the purchased price, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of the date you received your product. Submitting a request is simple, just email us at info@theleafcollaborative.com. All that we ask is that you let us know what went wrong, so we can work to assess whatever problem you encountered. Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Damage during shipping?

We pack all orders with care and double-check them before they leave our warehouse. However, if your product incurred any damage en route to you, we are happy to exchange it or offer you a full refund within 72 hours of arrival. Just email us at info@theleafcollaborative.com letting us know what happened.
